Oil City, PA : A high-speed chase on Wednesday, December, 13th 2017

A Franklin man charged with leading officers on a high-speed chase a week ago while suspected to be driving under the influence waived his preliminary hearing Wednesday in Venango County Central Court.

Charges against Leslie Roy Lepley Jr., 42, will now be bound over for further proceedings in the Court of Common Pleas
