Pope County, MN : Woman injured in three-vehicle crash in Pope County on Highway 28 in Minnewaska Township on Thursday, 30th August 2018

A Starbuck woman was injured in a three-vehicle crash in Pope County this morning, Thursday, shortly after 8 a.m.

Nan Hagerty of Starbuck was driving a 2008 Grand Prix east on Highway 28 in Minnewaska Township and was slowing down to make a left turn onto Sunny View Drive when she was rear-ended by a 2014 Chrysler 300 driven by Catherine Lien, also of Starbuck, according to the State Patrol.The Grand Prix was pushed into the westbound lane and struck by a 2012 Chevrolet Traverse driven by Jeremiah Stark of Glenwood.

Hagerty, who was wearing a seat belt, suffered non-life-threatening injuries, according to the State Patrol, and was taken to the Glacial Ridge Hospital in Glenwood.
