Aiken, SC : One injured in motorcycle accident off Trolley Line Road in Aiken County on Sunday afternoon, August 21, 2016

One person has been injured following a motorcycle accident Sunday afternoon near the intersection of Vaucluse and Trolley Line roads in the Graniteville area.

South Carolina Highway Patrol has listed the call came through around 2:02 p.m.

According to LCPL Matt Southern with the Highway Patrol, 34-year-old Aaron Washington was operating a 2013 Suzuki motorcycle, when he struck a 2016 Chevy SUV.

Southern said Washington was ejected from the motorcycle and suffered a broken leg.

Washington has been taken to a hospital for treatment.
