MICHIGAN CITY, IN : 1 seriously injured after being ejected from motorcycle in Michigan City crash on Saturday, 13th April 2024

One person is recovering from serious injuries after a motorcycle crashed into another vehicle in Michigan City on Saturday night.

According to police, the crash happened just before 8:15 p.m. in front of the Wendy’s on Franklin Street.

Police believe two motorcycles were heading south on Franklin Street when another vehicle heading north on Franklin attempted to turn left into Wendy’s.

That’s when one of the motorcycles hit the other vehicle, causing one of its occupants to be ejected. Police did not say whether the driver or passenger of the motorcycle was the one who was ejected.

The victim was taken to the hospital. There is no word on their condition at this time.
