MIAMI-DADE COUNTY, FL: Fatal crash in northwest Miami-Dade on Monday, 15th July 2024

Police are investigating a fatal crash in northwest Miami-Dade early Monday morning.

The single-vehicle crash happened in the 7200 block of Northwest 27th Avenue, near State Road 9 in the county’s Gladeview neighborhood, according to Miami-Dade police.

Sky 10 flew over the area just before 6:30 a.m. where a car was seen smashed against a concrete guardrail with severe damage to its front and back ends.

Miami-Dade police confirmed the driver involved in the crash died at the scene.

First responders attended to a body which they covered with a tarp a few feet away from where the crash occurred.
