Helena, MT : One person dead and one injured in southeastern Montana crash on Thursday morning July 31st 2014
A 39-year-old Colorado Springs, Colorado, man was killed and another man was injured in a pickup truck crash in southeastern Montana, about 31 miles southeast of Broadus.
The Montana Highway Patrol says the pickup drifted off the left side of Montana Highway 59 at about 9:20 a.m. Thursday. The driver corrected to the right and lost control of the pickup, which rolled.
The patrol says it's not clear which man was driving. The injured man, a 33-year-old from Colorado Springs, was taken to the hospital in Miles City.
Officers believe drug use was a factor in the crash.
The victim's name hasn't been released.
