Auburn, CA : All lanes on I-80 back open after Auburn crash on Friday, December 26, 2014

All lanes of westbound Interstate 80 in Auburn were closed Friday due to a two-vehicle crash.
The two-vehicles collided at 4:56 p.m., blocking the roadway and causing a fire, according to the California Highway Patrol.

At 5 p.m., westbound traffic at a standstill, while eastbound traffic was moving at a crawl.

The California Highway Patrol said there were injuries, but the severity of the injuries were unclear.

All lanes had reopened as of 6:30 p.m.
