Alfred, ME : Pedestrian seriously injured in apparent hit and run crash near outside party on Saturday, Nov 21, 2015

Maine State Police are investigating an apparent hit and run crash that seriously injured a pedestrian in Alfred.

An anonymous caller reported the crash at 2:45 a.m. Saturday.

Police say troopers determined that a large group of young adults had gathered about a mile away for an outside party.

The 21-year-old pedestrian is being treated at Maine Medical Center in Portland.
