ORANGE PARK, FL : 24-year-old hit, killed trying to cross US 17 in Clay County on Monday, 11th December 2023

A 24-year-old man was hit and killed Monday night in Clay County as he tried to cross U.S. 17 south of Loring Avenue, about 2 minutes south of Wells Road, the Florida Highway Patrol said.

The man, who is from Orange Park, died at the scene.
