Allentown, PA : Two people were killed in a head-on collision on May, Wednesday 10th 2017

Two people were killed in a head-on collision Wednesday night on Route 248, Bath Pike, in Upper Nazareth Township, according to authorities.Upper Nazareth police Chief William Cope said Thursday morning that two people were killed and a third critically injured in the two-vehicle crash on Route 248, less than a mile east of Bath and between Michaels School and Penn Allen roads.

The injured person was rushed to St. Luke's Hospital-Fountain Hill. Cope said he has not confirmed that next of kin have been notified, so the names of those involved in the accident are not yet being released.
