Pittsburgh, PA : Pedestrian killed in I-376 hit-and-run crash on Friday, August 12, 2016
A pedestrian killed last week in a hit-and-run on Interstate 376 in Pittsburgh has been identified as a Syracuse, New York man.
Police say 21-year-old Parker Rhoades was trying to cross the highway when he was struck by a vehicle about 1:15 a.m. Friday. The vehicle didn’t stop.
The Allegheny County medical examiner says the man died of trauma injuries to his head, torso and extremities.
Police have yet to identify the driver or the vehicle that hit Rhoades.
