Pittsburgh,PA : Girl killed in reverse vehicle collision on may, Thursday 18th 2017

A 2-year-old girl has died in a crash on Interstate 279 near Pittsburgh that occurred after the car she was in suddenly began driving in reverse.
State police said the crash happened about 1 a.m. Thursday near the Perrysville Avenue ramp in the northbound lanes. Police said the car with the girl in it stopped and began driving in reverse in the wrong direction before it was hit by another car. It’s not clear why the car was in reverse, but police said the girl was not in a child seat or seat belt. She was identified by the medical examiner as Saryiah Jefferson, of West View.
The 24-year-old man driving that car and another 22-year-old passenger were also injured, as was the 21-year-old driver of the second car.
