Erie, PA : Four people were injured on April, friday 21th 2017

Four people were injured Friday afternoon in a one-car crash near Beach 5 at Presque Isle State Park, authorities said.

The driver was pinned to the door and had to be removed from the vehicle by rescue crews with West Lake Fire Department in Millcreek Township. She and three passengers were transported by EmergyCare ambulance to UPMC Hamot for treatment, officials said.

The crash was reported at about 3:15 p.m. Friday at the exit of Beach 5. There were no details about the cause of the accident as of 5:15 p.m., authorities said.
