Manchester, CT : Woman in critical condition after hit-and-run accident on Monday night, Oct 12, 2015

A pedestrian has been seriously injured in a hit-and-run accident.

It happened last night in the town of Manchester.

The vehicle fled the scene before police arrived. They describe it as possibly silver or gray in color.

The 42-year-old woman was taken to a hospital, where she's listed in critical condition. Police have not released her name.

The investigation is ongoing.
