FALL RIVER, MA : 9-year-old boy injured in Fall River car crash at the corner of President Avenue and Robeson Street on Tuesday, 2nd July 2019

A 9-year-old boy was injured in a crash at the corner of President Avenue and Robeson Street Tuesday afternoon, police said.

The boy was transported to Hasbro Children’s Hospital for treatment of his injuries, according to police spokesman Sgt. J.T. Hoar. The boy was listed in critical but stable condition Tuesday evening.

A black Dodge pickup truck towing a trailer and traveling west on President Avenue collided with a gray Toyota Camry that was traveling east on the roadway after 3 p.m., Fall River Police Officer Thomas Faris said while in the process of taking measurements at the scene.
