Putnam Hall,FL : One dead, one injured in Putnam crash on September, Sunday 3rd 2017

A 42-year-old woman was killed and a man seriously injured after a two-vehicle crash in Putnam County early Sunday.

Florida Highway Patrol troopers responded to the crash around at the intersection of State Road 19 and State Road 100.

Troopers reported that 20-year-old Tyler David Music of Lady Lake was driving east on State Road 100, as Christopher Perrie, 41, of Palatka was traveling south on State Road 19. The drivers collided at the intersection around 4:47 a.m.

According to an FHP release, Michelle Perrie of Palatka, a passenger in Christopher Perrie’s car, was killed in the crash. She was not wearing a seat belt, an FHP news release said.

No charges have been filed. Troopers are still investigating.

Music’s passenger, Dakota Degatina, 19, of Ocklawaha, was treated for minor injuries. Music was treated for minor injuries at Putnam County Medical Center. Christopher Perrie was taken to UF Health Shands Hospital with serious injuries.
