NORTH ADAMS, MA : 1 injured in North Adams rollover accident on Monday, 17th June 2019

A city man escaped serious injury after his car rolled over on Massachusetts Avenue on Monday morning.
Peter Ramig, 61, of Ashland Street, was taken by Northern Berkshire EMS to Berkshire Medical Center in Pittsfield after the accident, which occurred at about 10 a.m. on Monday.
Ramig was headed west and appears to have lost control of the vehicle where River Street becomes Massachusetts Avenue, leaving the roadway and causing the vehicle to tip over, according to North Adams Police.
He was extricated from the vehicle by members of the North Adams Fire Department.
No other vehicles were involved in the accident, which caused Massachusetts Avenue to be closed temporarily to traffic.
