Two people are dead in two separate crashes Sunday in Howard County, Maryland. A single-vehicle crash killed 21-year-old Saif Bryant, of Columbia, Maryland, just before 3:30 a.m. Howard County police said in a news release that Bryant was traveling northbound on Centennial Lane approaching Burnside Drive when, for an unknown reason
