Alexander,IA : Fatal car crash in Lee County Sunday morning on December, Sunday 10th 2017

A Donnellson, Iowa man died after the vehicle he was riding in rolled over in Lee County Sunday morning .
Trooper Pitlick with the Iowa State Patrol said the crash happened around 1:30 a.m. Sunday.
According to Trooper Pitlick's report, 25-year-old Noelle D. Cosby was going westbound on Highway 2 at the 255 mile marker. She failed to make the curve and went off the road. The report states Cosby's car rolled multiple times before coming to rest on the driver side.
The vehicle came to rest in the driveway at 2449 Highway 2. The passenger, 35-year-old Todd Cosby, was ejected from the vehicle and died. He was not wearing a seat belt.
Noelle was transported from the scene with injuries. She had been wearing her seat belt.
Trooper Pitlick said the accident remains under investigation at this time.
The Iowa State Patrol was assisted by the Lee County Sheriff's Office, Fort Madison PD, Donnellson Fire and Rescue, and Lee County EMS.
