East Farmingdale, NY : Teen motorcyclist killed in Long Island crash on Saturday, September 6, 2014

An 18-year-old is dead after he crashed his motorcycle into a pole on Long Island. Suffolk County police say the accident happened at 2:40 a.m. Saturday in East Farmingdale. They say James Barnett of Bay Shore was making a left turn when he lost control of his motorcycle and struck a pole. Barnett was taken to St. Joseph Hospital in Bethpage, where he was pronounced dead. The motorcycle was impounded for a safety check. Source : Long Island 18-year-old killed in motorcycle crash
