Maryville, TN : Virginia woman seriously injured in motorcycle crash on Tuesday, August 22, 2017

A Virginia woman was in serious condition at the hospital Wednesday following a Tuesday morning crash involving two motorcycles on the portion of Calderwood Highway known as “The Dragon.”

Annette F. Philips, 54, Providence Forge, Va., was taken by ambulance to University of Tennessee Medical Center, where staff said she was in serious condition Wednesday.
