BRADLEY COUNTY, TN : 1-year-old child nearly drowns in pool accident in Bradley County on Thursday, 8th June 2023

A 1-year-old child is recovering after nearly drowning in a swimming pool in Bradley County.

The incident happened Thursday evening at a home on the 1900 block of Bancroft Road.

The Bradley County Sheriff's Office says first responders administered life-saving efforts to keep the child alive.

A LIFEFORCE helicopter flew the child to Tennova Hospital, and then to Children's Hospital at Erlanger.
