Adams, NY : Two mens died after a head-on crash in upstate New York on Wednesday, March 23, 2016

State police say a head-on crash in upstate New York has left the drivers of both vehicles dead.

The crash happened at about 4:45 p.m. Wednesday in Adams. Police say 31-year-old Larry Plummer's pickup truck crossed over the Jefferson County road and collided with a Honda Odyssey driven by 18-year-old Parker Leikam.

Both men were pronounced dead at the scene.

Investigators say witnesses saw Plummer speeding and driving erratically prior to the crash.

The road was closed for hours as troopers investigated the crash.
