Florence, CA : 2 children, 5 adults hurt in Florence crash on Thursday, 18th July 2024

Two children and five adults were hurt in a Thursday morning crash on Highway 20 in Florence.

Two vehicles were involved in a head-on crash about 7:22 a.m., according to Lauderdale County Sheriff Joe Hamilton.

The children were flown to Children’s Hospital in Birmingham.

Two adults were flown for medical treatment, and three adults were transported by ground.

Florence Police are investigating, Hamilton said.
