Stamford, CT : SB lane reopens after I-95 accident on Thursday, January 26th 2017

A southbound I-95 lane has reopened after an two-vehicle accident Thursday morning/
The accident on southbound I-95 closed the right lane between Exits 13 and 14 in the Norwalk/Darien area.
The state Department of Transportation says there remains congestion the the area in both the north and southbound lanes of the highway.
