PORT CHARLOTTE, FL : Three injured after car crashes into Port Charlotte home on Wednesday, 20th December 2023

Three people were hurt after an SUV crashed into a Port Charlotte home Wednesday night.

The crash happened around 10 p.m. on Midway Boulevard and Webster Ave. NW.

According to Florida Highway Patrol, the SUV driver lost control of the vehicle as it approached a roundabout at Edgewater Drive.

The 53-year-old driver and both passengers sustained serious injuries after hitting a light pole and a vehicle parked in the driveway.
