WINSTON-SALEM, NC : Fatal crash shuts down Pleasant Street in W-S WSFD on Wednesday, 17th May 2023

A section of Pleasant Street was closed due to a fatal crash on Wednesday, according to the Winston-Salem Fire Department.
Courtney Watson, 39, of Winston-Salem, was driving north in the 1700 block of Pleasant Street in a 2007 BMW X3 when she ran off the road to the right and lost control of the vehicle.
