Chickasha, OK : Pauls Valley woman dies in fatality collision in Grady County on Wednesday, November 16, 2016

A Pauls Valley woman died after her vehicle was struck by a semi-truck on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike in Grady County.

Tina Al-Gammal, 47, expired at the scene from massive injuries sustained in the collision, according to a report from the Oklahoma Highway Patrol.

Al-Gammal's vehicle was headed eastbound on the H.E. Bailey Turnpike when the car in front of her stalled. Her vehicle pushed the stalled vehicle before coming to a stop in the lane of traffic, on a bridge, the OHP report said.

The driver of the stalled vehicle exited the vehicle, saw the semi-truck coming and told Al-Gammal and her passenger to get out of their vehicle. The semi-truck struck Al-Gammal's vehicle as she was exiting, the OHP report said.

The cause of the collision is pending investigation.
