Knoxville, TN : Motorcyclist taken to hospital after West Knox County crash Friday on June 6, 2014

The Knox County Sheriff's Office says a motorcyclist was taken to U.T. Medical Center with critical injuries after a crash.

It happened shortly after 9:00 PM Friday at the intersection of Northshore Drive and Ebenezer Road.

Deputies say Judith Bailey, of Knoxville, was driving in her SUV and was hit by 19-year-old Quentin Young, of Knoxville.

Bailey wasn't hurt, but her 70-year-old husband was taken to the hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Their 14-year-old grandson wasn't hurt, either.

Deputies say everyone in the SUV was wearing their seat belts.
