Tucson, AZ : A woman was killed in a three-way crash at Tucson On Sunday, June 26th, 2016

A woman was killed in Tucson's east side after rear-ending a vehicle stopped at a red light.
Emergency responders arrived at the scene around 8:40 p.m. on Sunday and learned that 60-year-old Elizabeth Steele had rear-ended a car at a red light.
That car then struck the car in front of it.
Steele was not wearing a seat belt and died at a local hospital.
Police are investigating whether Steele had a medical issue or was impaired. Speed wasn't a factor in the crash.
