Toledo, OH : One person is dead another serious condition single car crash Tuesday evening August 11th 2015

One person is dead and another is in serious condition following a single car crash Tuesday evening.
The accident happened just before 11 p.m. in the 2900 block of South Avenue.Police say 18-year-old Devin Lawson was driving the car when he went off the left side of the road, slamming into an utility pole.
Lawson was taken to UTMC, where he later died. His passenger, 17-year-old Bernial Jefferson, was also taken to UTMC. He has severe injuries.
Investigators believe speed is a factor. At this time, the crash is still under investigation.
