Las Vegas, NV : Car crash knocks out power for 1,500 in southeast valley on Monday, June 27, 2016

About 1,500 customers were out of power this morning because of a car crash in the southeast valley, according to NV Energy.

The power outage occurred about 9:50 a.m. in the area of Russell Road, just east of Sandhill Road, according to the utility’s website.
