Logan,IL : 1 person injured in Logan Square crash on June, Wednesday 14th 2017
A 24-year-old man was critically injured late Wednesday after he drove into oncoming traffic and crashed into a tree in the 2600 block of West Logan Boulevard, Chicago police said.
About 9:15 p.m., he was heading west in a 1993 Honda Accord Coupe when he apparently lost control of the car and drove into oncoming eastbound traffic, police said. He sideswiped a Mazda Coupe and then crashed into a tree, police said.
The 24-year-old man was taken in critical condition to Illinois Masonic Medical Center. There weren't any other reported injuries.
The crash remains under investigation.
