BRIDGEPORT, CT : Driver critical after crashing van into Bridgeport building on Barnum Avenue between Helen Street and Central Avenue on Monday, 13th April, 2020

A 24-year-old Bridgeport driver is in critical condition after his vehicle crashed into a building on Barnum Avenue early Monday morning.
Capt. Kevin Gilleran said the accident happened shortly after 2 a.m. on Barnum Avenue between Helen Street and Central Avenue.
Gilleran saida gray 2005 Chrysler Pacifica van was travelling eastbound on Barnum Avenue when it crossed over into the westbound lane and struck the abandoned Remington Arms Munitions Factory located at 939 Barnum Ave.
