Harrisburg, AR : Man killed in crash on Highway 1 in Poinsett County on Tuesday night, December 29, 2015

A Poinsett County man died after crashing his car Tuesday night.

According to an Arkansas State Police crash report released on Wednesday, Kenneth Capps, 46, of Harrisburg, was driving on Highway 1 in Poinsett County when he drove off the road around 5 p.m. Tuesday.

Police said he then hit the back of a truck parked in a field near Massengill Road.

Poinsett County Coroner Dennis Lore pronounced Capps dead at the scene.
