Jacksonville, FL : One person died in a crash with a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 on Tuesday night, Oct 27, 2015

The driver of a Honda Accord died in a crash with a tractor-trailer on Interstate 95 Tuesday night, according to the Florida Highway Patrol,

Troopers said both vehicles were headed north passing Airport Road just before 10 p.m. when the 49-year-old Terrance Foreman, of Kingsland, failed to notice the big rig slowing for stopped traffic in the center rain. Foreman's car struck the back of the trailer.

Foreman died at the scene. The driver of the semi was not injured.

The accident closed and all northbound lanes at I-95 at Owens Road, just north of Airport Road, for about an hour while authorities investigated the crash.
