High-speed chase in Baldwin County ends with crash, arrest of Foley man in Florida

A chase that began in Foley late Thursday night, with speeds topping 100 mph and a passenger held against her will, ended with Rodney Durand Reynolds, 44, crashing his Honda Accord into a wooded, residential area in Pensacola.
