DEKALB COUNTY, GA : Pedestrian struck and killed on I-285 South in DeKalb County on Friday, 15th March 2024

A pedestrian was hit by a car and killed Friday morning on I-285 South in DeKalb County, according to GDOT.

It happened in the southbound lanes of 285 at Memorial Drive. DeKalb dispatch says it received the call at 7:40 a.m.

All southbound lanes were closed for a while but have since reopened.
