NASHVILLE, TN ; 2-vehicle crash leaves 1 dead, toddler with critical injuries and two others injured on Saturday, 3rd August 2024

A crash involving a sedan and a FedEx tractor-trailer left one dead and three injured, including two minors, ages three and 15, according to the Metro Nashville Police Department.

The driver of the sedan, 48-year-old Richard E. Frazer, died as a result of the crash. His three passengers, a 36-year-old woman and her two children, were taken to Vanderbilt. Police said the 3-year-old has life-threatening injuries.

According to police, the crash happened on Saturday evening at the intersection of Knight and Ewing Drives.

The tractor-trailer was driving north on Knight Drive and was approaching Ewing Drive. The Impala was driving west on Ewing Drive.
