Glenwood, IA : Nebraska man injured after a two-vehicle wreck in Mills County on Friday, May 6, 2016

A Bellevue, Nebraska, man was hospitalized after a two-vehicle wreck in Mills County.

The wreck between a 2013 Harley-Davidson motorcycle and 2015 Dodge Ram pickup truck occurred just before 2 p.m. on Friday in the 56000 block of 221st Street, north of Glenwood, according to the Mills County Sheriff’s Office.

Jonathan Cochran, 35, of Bellevue, was southbound on 221st Street on the motorcycle, while Logan Allen, 35, of Glenwood, was northbound in the pickup truck. Allen turned from the street into a driveway in front of Cochran, the sheriff’s office said.
Cochran skidded and then laid down the motorcycle, which collided with a horse trailer being hauled by Allen, the sheriff’s office said.

Glenwood Rescue transported Cochran to Methodist Jennie Edmundson Hospital in Council Bluffs, where he was treated and released.
