Pascagoula, MS : Woman died and two others injured in a four-vehicle accident on Interstate 10 near Pascagoula on Saturday morning, Aug 29, 2015

Authorities say a 30-year-old Pascagoula woman is dead after a wreck involving two tractor-trailers and two cars on Interstate 10 near Pascagoula.

Jackson County Deputy Coroner Jason Moody tells The Sun Herald that Amanda Webb's silver BMW apparently was hit by a tractor-trailer in a chain reaction that also involved a nearby Pontiac G6. He says the BMW flipped and was hit by a second big rig early Saturday.

The Mississippi Press reports that the two people in the other car were taken to Singing River Hospital.

The accident shut the interstate for more than three hours.
