Princeton, W.V : No injuries reported in Princeton wreck on Friday evening, July 8, 2016

A three-car accident occurred in Princeton Friday evening at the intersection of Locust Street and U.S. 460 west bound.

“The gentleman driving the GMC Sonoma said he hydroplaned, couldn’t stop in time and hit a red van which hit a vehicle in front of that,” West Virginia State Police Trooper P.M. Hephner said.

Hephner said no injuries were reported in the incident. Hephner said one individual involved in the incident was actually on his way to the hospital before the accident occurred and caught a ride with the Princeton rescue squad following the accident.

The incident occurred at approximately 4 p.m.

East River Volunteer Fire Department, West Virginia State Police and Princeton Rescue Squad responded to the incident just before the traffic light on U.S. 460 near Locust Street.
