Morrow County, OH : Woman dies in Morrow County crash State Route 61 on Monday August 10th 2015

The Ohio State Highway Patrol is currently investigating a fatal crash involving two vehicles on State Route 61 in Morrow County.
Police say Betty Christner, 76, of Crestline was driving southbound on State Route 61. Nicholas Fisher, 19, of Cardington, Ohio was northbound on State Route 61 and crossed the center line, striking Christner head-on.
Fisher was transported to Grant Hospital with non-life threatening injuries. Christner was pronounced dead on the scene. She was transported to the Licking County Morgue.
Alcohol is not believed to be a factor and seatbelt usage is still to be determined.
The Cardington Township Fire and EMS were on scene for assistance with the injured and traffic control. Morrow County Sheriff’s Deputies were on scene to assist with traffic as well.
