Jackson County, IL : Man killed in one-car rollover crash on Sunday, 11th November 2018

A man who was not wearing a seat belt was killed in a single-car crash in Jackson County, Illinois, on Sunday night.

The Southern Illinoisan reports that Jamie Wright, 45, of St. Mary, Missouri, was killed when his Mazda left the road and turned over several times. He was ejected from the vehicle and pronounced dead at a local hospital.

The crash occurred in rural Murphysboro at about 6:30 p.m. Sunday. It remains under investigation, WSIL-TV reports.
