Jessamine County ,KY :5-year-old girl dies after head-on crash in Jessamine County on Sunday ,September 6th 2015

A third person has died after a crash on US 27 in Jessamine County.

The NBC station in Lexington, reports that a 5-year-old girl passed away from her injuries.

A pickup truck and an SUV collided head-on at about 1 p.m. on Sunday.

Two people were pronounced dead following the crash. Three others were injured, including the girl who later died.

Crash investigators said one of the vehicles crossed the center line and hit the other.
