Port Orange,FL : One man dead in three vehicles crash Volusia County on Tuesday morning. August 4th 2015

Charges are pending in a chain-reaction crash that left one man dead in Volusia County on Tuesday morning.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, three of the vehicles involved were northbound on County Road 415. The vehicle in front slowed for traffic, but the vehicle immediately behind it failed to slow, striking the first vehicle.
The first vehicle ended up in the southbound lanes, where it was struck head-on by a southbound vehicle.
Charges are pending against the 17-year-old female driver of the third northbound vehicle, which ended up striking the second vehicle after the head-on collision.
