New Milford, CT : Motorcyclist injured after a three-vehicle crash on Route 109 Tuesday afternoon, Sep 8, 2015

A motorcyclist suffered serious injuries after a three-vehicle crash Tuesday afternoon on Route 109, police said.

The road was closed between Wellington Drive and Dorset Drive for two and a half hours while police and fire crews investigated the crash, which happened about 2 p.m.

The motorcyclist was taken to Danbury Hospital with what appeared to be non-life threatening injuries, according to the report.

Police have not released details on the crash.
