Pensacola, FL : I-110 reopened after crash on Tuesday, February 21st 2017
All lanes of Interstate 110 are open after a tractor trailer accident shut down a lane of travel at the I-110 northbound to Interstate 10 ramp.
According to a press release from the Florida Highway Patrol, Anthony Lavell Stewart, 40, of Madison, Mississippi, was traveling north on I-110 before taking Ramp H to westbound 1-10. As Stewart was negotiating the curve to the left of the ramp, his trailer began to fishtail. The vehicle then jackknifed as it left the roadway. Stewart's vehicle traveled over a light pole and guard rail before comign to a final resting position in the ditch with the trailer straddling the guard rail.
Stewart was not injured in the incident.
