Georgetown, DE : 17-year-old Delaware boy in critical condition after car crash on Wednesday October 15th 2014.
A 17-year-old Delaware boy is in critical condition following a car accident.
Delaware State Police say Noah Rose of Georgetown was on U.S. 113 in Georgetown when he tried to turn left onto a road on Wednesday afternoon. A pickup truck hit the passenger side of Rose's car.
Rose, who had been wearing a seat belt, was taken to a hospital in critical condition. He was still considered critical on Thursday.
The driver of the pickup truck, 35-year-old Nicholas May of Winnsboro, Texas, had non-life-threatening injuries.
Police say Rose turned in front of May's truck after a van driving in front of May pulled into a left turn lane. Rose may not have seen the pickup truck behind the van.
