WARREN, PA : A crash in Warren County that killed a Tidioute woman on Sunday, July 16, 2017

Pennsylvania State Police continued their investigation Monday into a crash in Warren County that killed a Tidioute woman on Sunday afternoon.

Troopers identified the victim on Monday as Rachel West, 36. According to investigators, West was driving a vehicle north on Davey Hill Road in Pittsfield Township shortly before 3:30 p.m. Sunday when she lost control of her vehicle, which hit an embankment and rolled before coming to rest on its roof.

West was ejected from the vehicle. She was taken to Warren General Hospital, where she was pronounced dead, troopers said.
